Anxiety Attack Philippians 4:6 Needless to say worry affects many of us on a regular basis. And others, like Ned have an optimistic view of things, which help them handle the possible worries that come our way. When was the last time you had a bout with anxiety? Some of you may have had or have trouble with now anxiety attacks. You know, the kind of worry that just seems to move into your life and takes over? Worry, like depression, is a crippler. It becomes our object of attention. Whatever fear we have becomes frighteningly the center of our attention. We just know the worst will happen. Everything that takes place we think it is an omen of God and that something evil or bad is going to happen to our loved ones. Are these emotional anxiety attacks due to our spiritual conditions or are they a character flaw? I think every instance cannot be judged as all one or the other. But I do believe that the Bible gives us some solid answers to this habitual problem that occurs in the lives of Christian people every day.
Look with me at a verse that speaks to this issue.
It is Philippians 4:6.
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and
petition, which thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”
