God's Formula For Success

Psalms 119:11

"Thy word have I hid in mine heart that I might not sin against thee."KJV "I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you." It’s a short verse but a very informative and meaningful verse. Within it we find the real formula for success in life. If you look at the essence of our verse this morning you will find that if one takes God’s word into your life and store it away in your heart, it acts as a buffer to keep us from sinning against God. So you could say if you add the word plus your heart it will equal you sinning less than you would if you didn’t hide his word within yourself. It doesn’t mean that we become sinless. Not at all. But it means you will sin less often than when you didn’t take God’s word into your life.
