Faith It with Wisdom
II Corinthians 5:7

            “For we walk by faith, not by sight.”  I was thinking the other day about this passage and how we are encouraged in scripture to pattern our life around faith in God.   Some people teach we must make a leap of faith while others talk about a blind leap of faith.  Faith is a vital and important aspect of our lives as Christians.  Faith is something we are not only gifted with but it is also something that grows.  For example in II Corinthians 10:15b while writing the church at Corinth, Paul makes this comment about faith, ….Our hope is that, as your faith continues to grow, our area of activity among you will greatly expand.”  So the thought conveyed here, really, is a given.  It is a given that you as believers will keep on building or in this instance, growing your faith.
